This is the 3rd time I have been treated by Dr Mc Evoy each time I have been greeted in a friendly yet professional manner along with the nurse that assisted. Knowing you are going to hospital to have surgery can be somewhat frightening but I can assure anyone who visits Dr Mc Evoy has absolutely nothing to fear, she is an exceptional doctor

Mr Imam operated on my elbow which was completely dislocated and broken. One of the doctors told me he is the expert in managing these here and I was referred to his fracturec clinic. I saw him, He spent time explaining everything to me and showed me pictures and different options. He spoke to the radiology department and made them do Ct on the elbow on the same day. I had the surgery and immediately I could feel a difference. it has been 9 weeks since the surgery and I am delighted with everything. He is indeed an expert and I could not recommend him enough. Thanks Mr Imam, and thanks to everyone in St Peters and Ashford hospitals.

Considering I had a virtual appointment, I was very happy by the way it went. Very relaxed and not rushed. The Therapist, Kim Dunbar, was very helpful and informative and took time to explain everything clearly to me. I felt more positive after this appointment.

I was very happy with the video call with the physiotherapist. Very professional and happy to be geared. The only feedback I would like to give is that it was a long call (45 mins). For a post covid patient that can be too long. I was mentally drained after the appointment and have been the rest of the day. Maybe this is something to consider. Thank you!

I called up last week as I hadn’t heard back about a physio referral following a consultation in October 2020. I have had an excellent response from all the staff dealing with my request with apologies too for the delay. I now have an appointment for next week and couldn’t have asked for better service so please convey thanks to those that helped me if possible.

Given the current Covid situation I thought my appointment was handled in a most caring and professional way and all the questions I had regarding my progress and concerns from my operation were answered and have been fully explained The lady’s name was Gina and was great Many Thanks Kevin Constable

Not only were the exercise sessions helpful physically but mentally too. Good to meet other patients and compare notes. I shall miss them and Kim, of course, now that my sessions are finished. Just had to fill in the bit about was the place clean!! It does say to fill in “if applicable”. On line sessions surely make this a “not applicable” question!!! Anyway, Kim’s home looked perfectly clean to me!
